How to avoid weight gain during the summer months

Summertime food and indulgent treats can sometimes be too much to pass up during a stroll down the boardwalk. A recent study done by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics shows that children are more likely to gain weight during the summer months than in the winter months.

Emily shares a few tips including mindful eating and substitution foods that can help keep your health in check!
