Healthier Foods for Summer Barbecues

Did you know that on average, a person can eat up to 3200 calories when enjoying a summertime barbecue? That’s more calories consumed than at a Thanksgiving meal!!

Emily shares a few tips on how to minimize the number of calories and also how to create a healthier cookout.
