For more than 20 years, Independence Blue Cross has partnered with over 60 nonprofit organizations through their corporate volunteer program called The Blue Crew. Employees, family members, and retirees invest their time and talent to make a positive impact on those in need. Last year, employees donated more than 6200 hours in over 180 volunteer projects in the Philadelphia region that align with IBX’s mission to enhance the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
