Your Real Champion: The BLUE LIGHTS Warriors Dr. Marianne T. Ritchie
For the week of January 16, 2022, Your Real Champions of the week were our Blue Light Warriors!
March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness month and each year, as part of The Blue Lights Campaign, over 25 buildings in Philly and beyond shine in BLUE, urging people to get screened for colorectal cancer.
In May 2021, after years of campaigning, the screening age was finally lowered from age 50 to 45. But the work is not over yet! As director of the Blue Lights Campaign, our host Dr. Marianne Ritchie, thanks all those who have joined the fight to conquer colon cancer, and asks you join the campaign this year! Simply hang a strand of blue lights on the front door of your home or business, and send a photo of your lights to us at info@bluelightscampaign.com!
We salute these Blue Light Warriors!
