Your Real Champion® – “Marathon Man”
Pat Finley was a college athlete and graduated from University of Virginia in the early days of the pandemic lockdown. He developed a new interest in running and set his sites on the Marine Corp Marathon in the following year, 2021. A month before the event, he was diagnosed with leukemia. Armed with the same discipline and positive attitude he employed to face the rugged training for the race, he faced the challenge of his chemotherapy like it was another chapter in the Marathon of Life. This is a young man with wisdom beyond his years and his overwhelming sense of gratitude is a source of inspiration for all who hear his story.
