Your Real Champion® – “Hoops for Hope”
The Philadelphia 76ers are scoring points on the court and off the court as they work with the “Sixers Youth Foundation,” their non-profit affiliate. Since 2015, the Foundation has used the power of basketball and the influence of its brand to inspire future generations in the community by offering programs in three areas: academic enrichment, access to quality play, and safe play spaces. Executive Director Leslie Walker has focused on the non-profit world for her entire career. Helping children and families is “what gets her up in the morning.”
