Your Real Champion® – Homers for Hope

John Durso loves baseball and continues to play in men’s leagues at the age of 44. He played short stop at Central High with his friend Rip Roscioli guarding second base. When Rip died suddenly at age 30, John and his friends created Homers for Hope in Rip’s honor, combining their love of baseball and devotion to friends with the hope they bring to families in need. Their efforts have raised over $400,000 for more than 40 families.  Now that’s a home run!
