Your Real Champion®: Figure Skating with a Vision
Stash Serafin is a master of figure skating. He has shared the company of Peggy Fleming, Scott Hamilton, Brian Boitano, Elvis Stojko, and other skating legends.

Bill McCann is a man of many talents. By age six, he became totally blind but considers himself fortunate. “God’s blessings are infinite. I don’t get to see, but I’m blessed with gifts that so many others don’t have.”
Bill became a professional trumpet player and is a master of computer programming. He combined his talents to create “Dancing Dots,” the first company to produce a program that translates sheet music into Braille. His customers are across the U.S. and in 52 other countries. He has even demonstrated his programs to the president and vice president at the White House.
His mission is to bring hope and help to others who are visually impaired, especially those who lose their vision later and life and need to learn how to do everything again. Life is rich. Find the things you can do and learn to do them differently.
Each week, we highlight the Real Champions in your life! Your family, friends, or colleagues who go the extra mile to help others in their community.
