Of the several tributes found on September 11 of this year, an especially meaningful article was written in the digital publication called IrishStar.com. Among other remnants of life left in the rubble, 200 Claddagh rings were found. This traditional Irish wedding band has special symbolism and the writer draws a beautiful parallel between the meaning behind the rings and the selfless dedication of first responders and the New York community on that fateful day.
