Dr. Snyder is the Executive Vice President, Facilitated Health Networks, and Chief Medical Officer of Independence Blue Cross.
Dr. Vergare is a Professor and the Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University
