Whether your coverage is through your employer, or you purchase a plan for yourself, listen to this outline of options including a very clear description of terms such as HMO, PPO, and EPO; what they mean and what the best choice is for you. The important message is that the enrollment period for health insurance starts on Jan. 1, 2025, and ends on Dec. 15, 2024. For coverage that starts on Feb. 1, 2025, the enrollment period ends on Jan. 15, 2025.
